My appointment today was very good. I got every question answered...and I had a lot!! Doctor Hanson had to look and give me an experienced medical answer. He worked on one of my questions in the office. He also did what I was there for throughout questions!! Doctor's assistant is very friendly, knows what she is talking about. She is delightful to have setting me up to see Doctor. The receptionist at the front desk is also delightful! Very friendly and good at her job. I had a very up-lifting appt today...thanks to those three outstanding individuals!!

The staff at integrative Foot and Ankle were very helpful, supportive and professional. Dr Hanson was also professional at the same time being empathetic and easy to talk to He came up with a plan to gain more information about my situation and I was very pleased that he was willing to pursue my case. During a diabetic foot care appointment, Dr. Hansen recommended that I take a balance test. I use two walking stick to maintain my balance. The nurse positioned me with my left side against the wall and stood three feet away watching. As soon as I lifted my leg, I went crashing hard onto my right side hitting my head sharply on the floor. I have been suffering with extreme vertigo, got lost while driving. Dr Hansen indicated that it was amusing that I fell while they were testing my balance. Indicated that the nurse should have been standing next to and she wouldn't do that again. They have subsequently stopped all such testing until they receive further training. They have done NOTHING to reimburse me for any of my expenses. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC.

Dr. Hansen is friendly, caring, efficient, and an excellent communicator. His staff are very welcoming, well-organized, and respectful. Dr. Hansen has helped resolve a painful foot issue and I have been walking without pain for 3 years.

Dr. Hansen did my surgery ~1 years ago. I’ve been a patient of his ~2 years. He’s a great doctor, very knowledgeable. His team is great, very friendly and professional. Always a good experience given the circumstances that lead me to needing his care.
