EvergreenHealth Urgent Care, Mill Creek

I've had nothing but great experiences with this Urgent Care location. I have been in a half of a dozen times for different issues and I have never waited more than ten minutes to be seen. I have always been well taken care of and given quick treatment and close by prescriptions. Great location!

Went to Urgent Care for a small issue and, after waiting for 45 minutes in an empty Urgent Care, the doctor purposefully misdiagnosed me and insisted I get lab testing which turned out to be very expensive. I told the doctor there’s Zero chance I have what he is diagnosing me with as I did not have such past history that is required for the transmission. He even went ahead and wrote a prescription for me for that diagnosis - which I didn’t use because I was right I do not have it! Makes me question what qualifications these providers have if they’re not even listening to their patients past historical evidence at all…

When I arrived with concerns since I didn't understand my symptoms or what diagnosis I had for a very private issue - I think the receptionist'# name was Lucia or Lucy? She didn't even care to hear what I had to say, and said very annoyingly that they're not taking patients anymore at 7:30pm due to capacity. I don't even fully understand what was happening to me at that point and wanted to talk to a doctor. To which she went to the back laughing in the hallway. When the Nurse came out to speak to me, the receptionist injects her opinions and insist that I could go drive myself somewhere. I was already having some spasms while driving and didn't feel safe.. to which I told her afterwards: excuse me, I wasn't talking to you (I wasn't). And she responded with "Thank you" in a passive aggress

Great group of people at this clinic. Everyone was kind and helpful. I’m from out of town, and they treated me like a long time patient. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

We took our 11 yr old son there arriving at 7:48pm. He had fell off his bike and his wrist quickly got a bit swollen and increased pain. For someone who works in healthcare, I know first hand what it feels like when you have had a long day and a patient arriving at the same time you’re about to close for the day, however, the look on the front desk lady’s face made me really realize that no one cares about you even the ones supposed to be in the field of “caring”she looked at my son like the biggest inconvenience of her life and she just wanted us gone. She blatantly disregarded the fact that my son was in so much pain and told us they stop taking patients at 7:45 so we were 3 minutes too late. I asked if that was the case then why was the door open or where was the sign where they noted
