The tooth extraction itself was great—quick, smooth, and handled very professionally. I really appreciated how fast and comfortable the procedure was. However, the scheduling experience needs improvement. There seemed to be a double booking, and I didn’t receive enough consultation beforehand. Additionally, the financial/insurance staff did not clearly explain the charges or what my insurance plan would cover, which made the billing process confusing. Improving communication and scheduling would make the overall experience much better.

The associates are always very personal, friendly and accommodating to me. I love Dr Bianci. His patience and kindness arr always comforting for all the treatments I have gone through. Very diligent and truly an expert in dentistry and oral surgery!

I was referred to this office from a relative who had recently had full upper and lower dental implants. Although my initial consultation was at Bryan Mawr office, the rest of my visits were at the King of Prussia office due to it being closer to home. I had previously had four dental implants at an unaffiliated office about eight years earlier and one of them had started to fail so I was hesitant to begin the process again because of the previous experience and the cost of course. From the beginning of the process, one person becomes your Implant Treatment Coordinator, and handles everything from scheduling appointments to answering all questions you might have along the way. The most easy and non- painful oral surgery. I had wisdom- crowned and molar out with local anesthetic. Didnt even feel any pressure. From the young lady who checked me in, dental assistant to Dr. Eric Schlesinger were professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Schlesinger very laid back and doesn't try to overwhelm you regards to procedure and aftercare. I've been to quote a few orgal surgeons but I will have to say he's one of the best. I will recommend him to family, friends and neighbors. FYI: the only glitch is that the wrong tooth was written down extraction but Dr. Schlesinger caught it very quickly 😀 Hope everyone has amazing Thanksgiving.
