Penn State Health Silver Creek Outpatient Center Primary Care

My husband, son, and I all see Dr. Bari. She is the most thorough doctor I have ever experienced. I am stunned to see any negative reports - we all have had 100% positive experiences with her. She takes time to listen and always does testing to see if there could be an issue. She cares and sends messages through the portal extremely quickly. We all three adore her.

My NP and front desk were normal humans and very nice when I was there, however, it is concerning seeing how many of the same comments are said about the same doctor at this particular facility.

Everything about this facility is good except Dr. Bari. I see many people here on the review having a bad experience with her and I don't know why no action is been taken against her. She is rude, doesn't listen to the patients and always seems to be in a hurry. Yesterday, I took an urgent appt for my sinus and knee pain. The first thing she does is scold me for a cancelled appt. She reminded me that it was an urgent care appt and she will not go over my other issues. I had no intention of going over other issues and I was well aware that I took urgent care but she still reminded me of the same. In all other appts, she will see only one issue and will insist on putting a follow up for any additional questions. If it is an annual physical, she will only do what is minimally necessary an

Doctor Basarahalli needs to be fired, you can not push a patient out for having an anxiety attack and apparently so called “yelling”. You don’t know what yelling is lady . This is not acceptable . I’m speaking on the behalf of a friend of mine . Absolutely insane . FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!!!!😡

I have been going to Silver Creek for over 10 years. I see Dr. Bari now and she is very kind. The receptionist and nurses have always been helpful and accommodating. I am very surprised to see negative comments here. If there were any issues, it usually had to do with my ever changing, ever evolving complicated health insurance coverage. That should be the focus of complaint in the U.S. in my opinion, not the healthcare workers.
