My twins are 3 and we’ve been coming here since they were born. I have nothing but positive things to say about the front desk, to the nurses, to every provider we have ever seen for countless sick visits-we have not had a bad experience! They can always get us in for sick visits with their extended cold and flu sick hours. Even with all of that, the real reason we continue to come here instead of the nyes road office which is much closer to home is their pediatrician Anita Charles. She is genuinely the most wonderful, patient, and reassuring provider I have ever met. I always leave our appointments feeling amazing and validated as a mom. She is truly one of a kind and I would suggest her to anyone looking for a steady provider for their kids to see!

First time I’ve ever had to deal with HMC with my Six month old granddaughter. It’s hard to believe that there are reviews under three stars. We had Dr. Suliman and she was over the top caring, kind and took her time with our little one. An exceptional Doctor!

First timer here. I went in 05/31/24 expecting the worst based on the reviews… to my surprise, my visit was above and beyond. Took my 4 m/o baby for vaccines. Got there 10 min before my scheduled time and was out within the hour. Donna at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. After checking in, nurse called us in within less than 5 min. I wish I remember the nurse’s name, she was so sweet, friendly and treated my baby with such care. Dr. Sanchez was also great. She answered all my questions very professionally and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I decided to divide the shots, only did 1 oral and 1 poke and I’ll be going back for the other 2 pokes in 2 weeks. Hoping my next visit is just as good as this one.

Horrible experience. Went for my newborn's two day check up which was fine. Doctor wasn't great and I didn't like how huge the practice was so I planned on finding a different provider anyway. Was told to come back in two days. Unfortunately I was hospitalized in the interim and therefore missed the appointment. I did get some missed calls from them but was unable to speak on the phone. They did reach my husband who explained what happened and told them we were seeking a different practice anyway. When they asked who we were seeing (why is that their business anyway?), he said we were working on it. THEY CALLED YORK COUNTY CHILD SERVICES. When you schedule sick visits online they call and tell you that your child can’t be seen. This is insane and uncalled for.
