I’m very happy with Lawall, as I have been a customer since May of 2024. I started out in Northeast Philadelphia with Ed Miller as my initial contact and then I went to the VA in Philadelphia for my treatment and they helped me with my do’s and don’t’s. It was really when I moved up North and the PA Mountains where it really helped my progress. I was directed to the Hershey Clinic and my point of contact was Jeff Koach and I have been working with him since December of 2024. Jeff has dealt with my stubborn proud self and helped me get through the early stages and take care of all the adjustments necessary. Anthony has been a very positive learning assistant and looks to be a very successful part of Lawall’s workforce. His main positive plus right now is his Customer Service skills.

I used to be impressed with the staff and everyone on this team up until they stopped returning my phone calls and my dr. Canceled on me last minute to where I'm inconveniently being changed to a different neurologist completely. I can't even get a refill on my prescriptions. Both the pharmacy and I have tried reaching out to the dr. Without success. Nobody wants to help my mom out either and she is getting worse every day. Something better start changing for the better immediately

Excellent care and hospitable staff members. Friendly, clean, and spacious. Well marked for pandemic care. And, the team are kind.

We have Dr. Gallo, who is a great surgeon, as well as a kind and compassionate man. Every employee of this establishment seems very pleasant and professional. However, one thing to not expect is to be seen at the time of your appointment. We’ve had to wait between 30 and 50 minutes to be seen after our scheduled appointment every time we’ve been here. And that’s after coming in early for your check in time, as the office requests. This practice seems worth the wait and they provide excellent care, but if you yourself are running a tight schedule, I would recommend calling ahead of time to see if your doctor is on time as they will not inform they are late until you get there.
