Penn State Health Medical Group - Aspen Drive

I’m extremely disappointed with how this office handled my child’s care. My son was discharged from the practice due to missed appointments that I was never notified about. When I contacted the office to understand what happened, I learned that the appointment information and follow-up communication were apparently directed only to the other parent, and I was never contacted regarding the missed visits. I explained that I am currently in the middle of a custody situation and that I had no knowledge of these appointments. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I called immediately to try to resolve it and asked if they would reconsider discharging my son so he could continue receiving care from a provider familiar with his medical history. Unfortunately, the office refused to work with us

STOP taking new patients! The office can’t provide care to the patients they already have. It is nearly impossible to schedule a same day sick appointment with this office. I have been with this office for a very long time and I’m extremely not happy..

Everyone there is so amazing. I recently started taking my son there cause the one in enola was so terrible!. I’m a first time mom an everything is so new to me I learn with my son as he grows a goes through these stages. I call and they answer right away or call me back right away. They make me feel like I’m not alone a they definitely showed they care for my son like he was their own. This is so comforting. 10/10. They always answer all your questions an are so sweet. Thank you guys so much

I showed up five minutes late for an appointment. I was told 820. No one ever said that I had to be there by 8 o’clock for arrival. I was told they would still fit me in but then the dr changed her mind and then said that I have to come back two hours later. They clearly have no consideration for people who have small toddlers. Obviously, I don’t want my daughter to miss her appointment but they need to consider what parents go through trying to get 2 toddlers there and maybe we should be aware of arrival times. I would much rather find a new doctor than be put through this.

Worst experience ever . The people at the front desk have a lack of consideration and sympathy when they talk to you on the phone. They seem not to care when a parent is having a concern about their kids being sick or trying to find reassurance with the doctor.. if it is not a true emergency to them, they don't let you set up an appt. They only can suggest to go to a urgent care or ER So why do I have a pediatric in the first place? If they cannot make the time to see my children's when they are feeling sick and not able to accommodate my child on the same day to see a doctor (after trying everything to ease the pain ) ER is not always an answer The doctors are not the problem... the problem is that people in the front desk need to have better manners and training.
