I took my mom to Dr. Jang for memory and cognitive impairment after a horrible experience at her long term provider. I was very pleased with the visit. He did everything the last doctor didn't. The referrals were submitted and I was contacted before we even left the office. The MA was sweet and very professional and I felt like Dr. Jang truly has my mom's best interests at heart.

Due to the doctor not taking our family doctor seriously my wife is having major health issues. The doctor said that our family doctor didnt know what she was talking about. A year later now, she has serious issues that could of been treated. Also, the office staff is a mess. Im very happy we we switched to Hershey. Elaine McGinty and team are trying there best to help her.

The doctor did not listen to me or my concerns. I tried to explain somethings within my own personal health and he thought he knew better. The lead nurse is very rude and does not know how to speak to patients. I will gladly take myself and my health somewhere else.

Dr. Jang has an amazing bedside manner. I am new to PA and had the same primary in Florida for 12 years so I was apprehensive when I read the previous review. Don’t let that one negative comment deter you, my experience was very pleasant. Dr. Jang and the entire staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend!
