I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews. I’ve never had an issue with experience. I only gave a 4 instead of 5 because getting through over phone is a nightmare and getting the drs to call back when requested seems difficult. But the staff and nurses are all always helpful and kind and the Drs always listen and want to help and never rush you out. Dr Youssuf ,forgive me if I misspelled, was wonderful and legit concerned with my concerns and order all appropriate tests I needed and requested. So don’t be turned off by this office. They’ve undergone a lot of change. Give them time and another shot… no pun intended.

Doctor here was way too eager to make money and coded all my visits wrong and changed up all my perfectly fine medication routines, sold me on stuff I didn't need. Nearly ruined my mental health changing everything my psych doctor put me on. I should have left immediately when all the good doctors did after Penn took over 2 years ago. I spent 6 months of hoping it would get better but the place left such a lasting impression of being the worst practice I've ever had the displeasure of being a patient of that I'm finally writing a review a year and a half after finding a new practice.

I've been a patient for several years, since Penn took over communication is non existent. Had to redo my contact info twice because they lost record. If you schedule an appointment a year in advance, they don't send any reminders and forget to put bloodwork requests in, so you better remember far enough in advance to reach them to request the bloodwork order. When calling for a sick appointment I had to leave a message on a Friday - with 5 business hours left, I hoped I would get a call back, especially for a sick visit. Instead I get a call first thing Monday morning, I called right back and was left on hold for 20 minutes...still on hold now and wondering how long I can wait before my phone dies. Oh and if I have to give you DOB, and that day happens to be today, wouldn't it be nice to

Took a week to get through to make an appointment and they scheduled me 7 months out to be seen. I am not even a new patient. Place is a joke. Expand your space for more exam rooms upstairs ? to see more people and hire more staff to see/and answer phones with me so I am not on hold for 30 mins. It did not need to go down hill so fast! Shame on Dr Martin and Dr Shusman ! My family has been with you for over 30 years and this is a dis service to us!
