I had the absolute best experience at Penn Plaza Dental. I went in for a cleaning and regular exam. All the staff and especially the receptionist, Chantel, were an absolute joy. The dental assistant and Dr. Zenker made me feel very comfortable during the cleaning and exam and the entire process was seamlessly easy. I 100% recommend Penn Plaza Dental for anyone in NYC.

Wow! Is the best word to describe my experience with Dr.Zinker and his fabulous team. From start to finish I felt safe, heard, and inspired. I had two out of date front crowns that completely diminished my confidence in my smile as well as a few cavities, broken teeth and decay. Dr.Zinker went above and beyond to make sure that my mouth was not only genuinely healed, but that my smile was restored. His touch is gentle. A 0-2 on the pain scale, and I had drilling, extractions and the works. His generosity and attention to detailed is top tier. Without a doubt my go-to dentist moving forward. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr.Z, Rosie, Sauntel and the entire team at Penn Plaza Dental! P.S. I opted to keep my chipped front tooth for personal reasons.

Best place in NYC to get your dental work, Dr Zenker is very kind and super professional, my root canal and crown was done smoothly and painless, also his staff are the best, they treat you so good you feel at home, his assistants Dakota and Rosie are very welcoming and professional as well, I will be back every time I need any work done!! Don’t hesitate to choose them when you need dental work done, also the location is great, right in the center of NYC in Midtown Manhattan!

I rarely do reviews but had the worst experience here and want to warn others. I had gone in to get my wisdom teeth removed. The dentist did X-Rays and said I only had one wisdom tooth. A year later, I got a gum infection. I went back in, and the dentist said I had a broken tooth. Thankfully, I got a second opinion and turns out I had two more wisdom teeth that were causing the infection. Not only that, but they also kept charging my insurance even after I was no longer a patient which prevented me from getting further procedures done. I was only notified AFTER I contacted my insurance that this had happened.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zenker for 20 years. Dr. Zenker is Professional, knowledgeable and honest. Appointments are easy to schedule. I never had to wait more then 5 minutes at my appointment time. Dr. Zenker is very honest, meaning he will never push an unnecessary procedure. Rosie and Shantel are Professionals and a pleasure to interact with. The prices are fair and the service is excellent.
