Absolutely terrible experience. I was told my glasses would be ready in 4-6 weeks, and here we are at 12 weeks with no glasses in sight. I’ve called multiple times, and each time they promised to call back and never did. The staff was unprofessional and not at all helpful. I won’t be coming back, and I hope others avoid this place so they don’t have to deal with the same frustration!!

Only my second year here and it’s great, very attentive to my needs. Mayra in optical is wonderful so welcoming, provides a good selection of frames and designers that I love. Thank you!

Disgusted and let down. Shame on my for not being ready for not researching other places before I went there. Buyer beware. I give ZERO for customer care and satisfaction. ZERO avoid this place like the plague. I am pursuing other options for remediation over my $1385.00 prescription reading glasses that replace my $12.00 1.25+ over the counter reading glasses.

I love how Optometrists Take their time evaluating your eyesight and measuring your eyes accurately for your contacts. This made a massive difference for me. I had been going to Costco for my eye exam and contacts, but I didn't like their services.
