I've had intermittent pelvic-area pain for over 10 years. After a few sessions with Dr. Josh Weber, I had noticeable improvement and much less tightness. My urologist recommended Pelvis NYC to augment medications and it was extremely helpful. Dr. Josh made me feel very relaxed and put any doubts to rest about the efficacy of Pelvic Floor therapy. He explained what he was doing beforehand (and why) and gradually progressed based on my comfort level. The office was modern, clean and welcoming, with great anatomical models for explanation and an area for exercises based on my specific needs.
