Dr. Pelcyger is the most caring, thoughtful and thorough eye doctor I’ve been to. One year during Easter, my youngest threw a lego and hit his brother’s eye. My son was tearing and couldn’t keep his eye open. I checked online for eye doctors and found Dr. Pelcyger. I called his office and left an message on voicemail. Did I mention it was Easter morning when I called his office? Dr. Pelcyger himself called me within half an hour and made an appointment to see my son within the hour. He met us on Easter Sunday and it was a good thing because my son’s cornea had a scratch. It was imperative he receive antibiotic drops to avoid infection. Dr. Pelcyger is such a good doctor. His kindness and patience really moved me. My son has Asperger, and resisted instructions and challenged the doctor, and it took up lots of time and patience. My daughter also see doctor Pelcyger. She wore the OK lenses, and she plays golf during the day without the need of glass. I am grateful for having such a kind doctor.

My eldest son got hit in the eye by a lego on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014. He was crying on and off all day complaining that his eye hurt. I did not want to take him to the Emergency Room where there are sick people, so I called Dr. Pelcyger to ask what I could give my son until Monday when his office was open. Dr. Pelcyger saw my son on Easter Sunday within 45 minutes! I couldn't believe it, but I am forever grateful to him. He not only saw my son on Easter Sunday, but called in a prescription to a local 24-hour pharmacy and followed up with a phone call. Dr. Pelcyger is attentive, compassionate and selfless. Thank you Dr. Pelcyger for taking care of my son. My family and I will forever be grateful to you.

Dr. Pelcyger has done eye exams for everyone in my family for years, and I can't recommend him enough! He's patient, thorough, and so kind -- basically, if Santa Claus were an optometrist, you'd get Dr. Pelcyger.

Dr. Pelcyger is very professional and thorough with his practice. My issue is with the disorganization and constant miscommunications with the receptionist. There have been multiple attempts to schedule follow ups and every single time, I've shown up and she's told me "Oh I thought that was for Thursday, not today" when I set up the appointment for "later today, see you at 3:45." I've sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes straight unattended when I was only there to pick up my trial contact lenses. I've wasted a total of at least 5 hours of my time on 4 separate visits just waiting in the anti room. I'm not sure if they're overwhelmed with their number of patients or lack of current technology, but this place is best for someone who has a lot of free time on their hands and doesn't mind
