CityMD Butler Urgent Care- New Jersey

I have been to city md a few times and they are always so professional, courteous, and kind. This last visit Nadine was the medical assistant who was SO kind and helpful. When feeling not great, it’s awesome to have someone who cares!

I do not have words how horrible this place is! Went there on Thursday because I felt flu-like symptoms. They tested for flu, Covid & strep, checked blood pressure & pulse but DID NOT LISTEN TO MY CHEST OR LUNGS! Doctor told me I am FINE, and to take ibuprofen!! Four days later I end up in ER and have Pneumonia! The incompetent brat who calls herself a doctor should be fired immediately!!!

Watch out for double billing. We were told that they do not participate with our insurance plan. Despite me telling them that they do as they are listed as “in-network” provider on our plan’s website. They charged us $250 for an office visit for my daughter and also billed insurance that paid the claim.

What is the point of this place at all?! Just a prescription library?! This is the chicken over rice stand of medicine They dont treat or diagnose anything I was told we'll maybe next time go to the ER I have a severe headache caused by a neck muscle spasm Mentioned that They told me oh go see neurologist this is serious Massaged MYSELF to pain free without even taking their pills(God knows for what)

Doctor told me an infected ear piercing couldn’t be helped without taking it out. I had to take it out or my ear could fall off. No other option. Went to my primary care directly after. My normal doctor said that was unnecessary. Took antibiotics and cleaned it extra well. Less than 48 hours later and it’s fine. Waste of money.
