I went in for cleaning and exam at 9am. After the dental hygienist finished the cleaning she said the dentist would be right in, after sitting in the chair waiting for 20min I asked how much longer it would be and they said they are not sure, the dentist had not arrived yet! I waited another 25min in the chair, still no dentist! When I asked again I was told that they still had not heard from the dentist and that I was welcome to sit and wait. They then told me that my teeth looked good to them so I could probably just go and not worry about seeing the actual dentist. Instead I opted to reschedule an appointment with the actual dentist a month from now! Not only did they waist more than 45min of my day I now have to wait a month before coming back to finish my appointment! Absolutely ridic

I get super anxious at the dentist yet they have nicest dentist office staff/everyone was so kind which made me feel so much better. I ended up needing a root canal and Dr. Steve took his time and it was the most painless process whatsoever!

I typically don’t leave reviews but for this, I had to: I’m a 25 year old Male who had experienced 3 dentists in my life, all within the last decade, and all for multiple years before moving. I have never had anywhere close to the level of attention to detail, care, and service that Butler Family Dental has given me. I’ve never left a google review (maybe 1 or 2 years ago) but felt like I had to. As a small business owner myself I know how much goes into the little details and I have to say, they check off every little detail. 5 stars and would be more if I could give more. Genuinely a great place to go.

I just walked out of my semi annual cleaning appointment because Bella, the dental hygienist was adamant that she could lose her license if I didn’t get x-rayed because it’s been a while since my last. They refused to clean under my gums because she “can’t see what’s under there” so I said “it sounds like you don’t want to clean me today. Let’s just reschedule because I don’t want you hurting me just because you’re in a mood” so she walked me to the front desk and told me I needed to find a new dentist. Done! ✅

I can not tell you enough how amazing Dr Julie is. I have had a very difficult and comoplicated few years. between 2 accidents, cervical spine issues, physical surgeries, a tooth pulled and three crowns done by previous dentists. She was able to figure out that my bite has been off due to the crowns that had previously been done and started to help me relief excruciating pain in my head and skull. I don't think anyone else would have been so persistent and patient with me, when I was completely at the end of my rope. You are the best Dr Julie! She listens and is truly there for her patients. You are an angel! The front office staff interaction is great and always pleasant.
