Got the job done, but very unsatisfied. First off, the place is so small you have no privacy. The assistant got argumentative with me when i was asking questions about what medicaid covers(only reason i went there is because she is the only place around that accepts medicaid. Doctor is not very friendly, actually made me feel like crap for being on medicaid. I picked out my frames from a small selection in a box from a closet. As i sat around the corner waiting for my eyes to dialate(which i thought was only necessary when getting contacts, but i could be wrong.), she very loudly told the next patient "oh, that box is the welfare frames, they dont hold up very well at all", making me feel like i was less than because i am on medicaid because i lost my job. Very condescending and rude.

Where to even start. Just horrible experiences. My insurance placed me with her and I should have done the research before going and switched. She has equipment and eye tests from what felt like the 60s. Not modern at all. Who pulls a book out to ask if we see colors anymore. On top of that the building is so small there is no privacy for service at all. I had a lady 3 feet away from me getting an active eye exam while I sat picking out my glasses. When I went in to see the so called Dr. She just pulled the door mostly closed and did the whole exam this way. Considering I heard another clients entire exam means everyone could hear mine to. No privacy. She was rude and condescending when I asked about contacts. I've never had them before and wasn't givin any basic information about them. Sh

Forget about it! Peggy Wike is just in it for the money. I gave her cash, for 2 pair Of Oakley's and she is literally a rip off. I do not recover at all. Good luck. A fraud. I am purchasing v my glasses, and she conveniently walks over to Mary to charge me extra money on my script. A fake and a fraud? I go into the office, online, by myself, Mary is on the phone talking to someone for 15 minutes while I am waiting to pick up my 350.00 Oakley's, cash, and I am sitting there waiting, the patient. And never excused herself from her phone call to a relative, while I am the purchasing customer. She lost her best paying customer. I was testing them .a VIP

Zero stars if I could!! When I say stay away from this place, I’m being serious! RUN!! I’m not even sure where to start but I’ll give you a brief idea of our “experience”. As soon as we walk in, we hear Dr. Wike yelling at the tech. When the tech called us back (my husband and I went together), she explained she was sick, but it was just allergies (confusing). She went on to say she felt really bad but she wasn’t contagious. Well, I’m already within 2 feet of her so it’s a little late at this point. Fast forward to the exam room, Dr. Wike dilates our eyes with what felt like acid. As soon as she put the drops in, she tells me to “get up and go wait in the waiting area.” At this point, my eyes were watering and I couldn’t even see. A few minutes later, the tech calls me back to pick out

What an unbelievable experience yesterday! Dr Peggy and Mary have an outstanding attitude of compassion dealing with my blurry vision. They speak in a simple way where I understood the necessary steps to get better. I recommend this place,,,these people! joAnn
