This office used to be great but since they started hiring new girls in the reception and phone it has gone from bad to worse. They don’t answer the ph lol Ned and when they do they are disrespectful. I have been a patient for over 10 years. Leaving now because when I go to a doctors ofc I expect to be treated in a decent manner.

Pedrozo Dermatology is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The team is professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Pedrozo takes the time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. The office is modern, clean, and runs efficiently. I’ve seen real improvements in my skin and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality dermatological care!

Never come here for acne treatment, 1- they increased the price for consultation from $100 to $150 every visit/follow up 2- they will never have your progress information as they always say “they changed the system” we’ve been coming for a year.. 3- they never pick up the phone, or answer a voice note. 4- if your doctor is in vacation and you need a refill, they make you wait without a medication when you’re not supposed to stop the medication for acne treatment. No solutions. 5- after ONE YEAR of treatment and paying cash, no result we just need to change the doctor now. ….. thank you!!

Typically when using this doctor I have had a great experience. As of a week ago I left a message in order to set up an appointment. No return call. This week Monday I left a second message. No response again. Today I called to set up appointment and was treated very negatively by the woman answering the phone. After responding to my voice and responding to my greeting the woman claimed she could not hear me and hung up the phone call. Just by the deep breathe this woman took when replying to my greeting it was obvious she was annoyed by my call for no reason. I have tried calling back but the same woman picked up the phone and placed me on hold. I remained on hold for 45 minutes until I eventually hung up the call. I hope the doctor reads this in order for him to stay informed of how
