We have been using this practice for several years for both of our kids. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and professional, including the office staff and especially Dr. Wong and nurse Hodalis. Highly recommend them!

This practice is pretty pathetic. The physicians are nothing special, not especially friendly to your child who is already scared being at the doctors office. The receptionist who signs you in is absolutely horrible. She is a nasty crow who has no business working in a customer-facing job. She is the primary reason why I changed practices, but overall, this place sucks. Also, good luck making an appointment over the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes the last 5 times I called this place for an appointment. Everyone should avoid this place.

Our family’s experience with PediatriCare Associates has been nothing short of amazing. Our daughter sees Dr. Chism, and I cannot begin to express our gratitude for her incredible compassion and care. Our visits are never, ever rushed. Our questions are almost always answered before we even get a chance to ask them, but in the event we have any, Dr. Chism takes the time to give thoughtful answers to all of them. I don’t mean a yes/no and move on, but a thorough explanation as to why something is done the way it is. We are always pointed in the right direction for quality education and best practice (AAP), and are never made to feel like a burden for asking questions. We have been taking all of our children here since birth. The doctors are wonderful, especially Dr. Wong and Dr. Chism. We've always been thrilled with the level of care received and the attention from the entire staff. Every other doctor we have had to visit for sick visits has been incredibly thorough and helpful.

Ah customer service is a thing of the past. I know this office has suffered with lack of staff but to wait 5-10 minutes due to personal conversations in plain sight is unacceptable. The best: office staff member tells a person who calls that the 'first thing in the morning as always crazy and they can't get the every call', while endless personal conversations are continuing within my earshot. Masks are mandated again, but oh wait the three office staff in the fishbowl don't have them on.
