CVS Pharmacy

I find this CVS in Mahwah to be invaluable! I strongly believe that many in this and surrounding towns would be at a loss without their services. Their attention to detail and expertise with medication advice and frequent notification of refills is nothing short of professional, if not life-saving! This CVS maintains a high level of service provided by each and every employee consistently throughout the year!!!

I think this CVS is extraordinary. I unfortunately have a lot of prescriptions to pick up. They are always friendly and efficient, and the pharmacy does a great job of communicating with me when something needs to be picked up or renewed.

The new system CVS is using does not make it easier for the customer. I went to the drive-up and was told they could not help me there when the pick-up scan would not work. I went inside and the pick-up scan would still not work. Instead of looking it up at the drive-up window. I was told they couldn't help me there. I don't blame the staff. I blame the new technology they are using. John, (the pharmacist), is a great guy, very helpful and truly cares. Unfortunately, he was not there today.

There is no better pharmacist than John and his team! Their knowledge and expertise is unparalleled! Recently I moved out of town but have and will continue to, make the trip to 45 Franklin Turnpike CVS for their outstanding service.
