Appointment was on time, no waiting. Testing seemed thorough and each test explained. Was not rushed at all and plenty of opportunity for questions. Very friendly atmosphere and very helpful in picking out frames. Indicated benefits of choosing certain frames over others. Also helped with indicating best way to apply my insurance options to save money.

The workers there (my fault for not getting names) were a pleasure to work with. They were able to fit me in for a refraction and were knowledgeable about the glasses. They were honest about which glasses fit and look best for my face. I highly recommend Icare Mahwah
