Pediatric Wellness Center

Dr. Stevens-Morrison has been the Pediatrician for my family for over a decade now. I have always wondered how she could handle the patient load as well as she does. The wait is never too long (if there is a wait at all). I have called after hours on many occassions, and her response is very prompt. She's in a word: AWESOME.

My son has been going here since he was 3 months old he’s 4 now, and it’s honestly a hit or miss. The receptionist is either there or isn’t there. When she’s there things move a little bit smoother because the doctor doesn’t have to check the height and weight she does. The wait time is terrible most of the time, and they don’t carry vaccines on site for people that don’t have state insurance, so you have to travel to a CVS or Walgreens in order to get the vaccines (weird). The only saving grace is the doctor herself. She’s very caring and responsive. I’ve called her several times after hours and she has always been available and willing to help. They also do a great job of getting you last minute appointments, so if you don’t mind waiting then this is a place for you.

The WORST experience I have ever had. Receptionist is out of it moves slow and is rude . I cane in for the first time with my 6 month old for her check up and was given the wrong address so I was late and took forever to get correct instructions on how to get into the confusing complex...We got called into a room for her too be weighed & measured the receptionist did this as well slow and carelessly... We arrived here at 9:12 am exactly and I am currently still sitting here have not been seen and it is 11:00 am. Only thing keeping me from walking out right now is that my child needs too be seen but First & LAST time here for sure!

I have been going to this doctor for years after I was referred by a family member. I have a 17, 13 and now 6 month old. The doctor and staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have found it easy to make appointments for sick or well visits. My children love her. My 17 year old is not happy she will have to get a new doctor soon.

Just moved to the area and had a sick child that needed to be seen. Found this place through Google by searching for pediatricians close to Andrews Air Force Base. Where to start...well my son pooped in his diaper after we arrived. There was no changing table, so I took him to the bathroom and cleaned him up the best I could. The front office staff told me I needed to throw his poopy diaper away in the trash can outside. When I went out of the office there was no trash can outside. She replied, "It's the dumpster at the end of the parking lot." Seriously?? I had to walk his poopy diaper to the end of the parking lot and put it in a dumpster! This is a pediatrician's office! They should have a better way of handling poopy diapers, as I'm sure it's a common occurrence! Some other complaints-
