Pediatric Specialty Center

My son had an appointment today with suite 200, I won't share the doctor, but we waited an hour after his appointment time and still currently waiting to see the doctor. People that came after us was called back before us. Please do better and be mindful of people's time.

Had to switch to here from Scott and White and it's been horrible since day one. They do not allow you to see the same Dr. every visit, they make you fill out the same paperwork every visit (no her date of diagnosis has not changed and will not change), reception lady is very rude, always a very long wait, when we initially switch (after they demanded her records from our old Dr) we needed updated RX's called in and they called in all different kinds (wrong size pin needles) and most of the quanities were incorrect so that took me forever and multi calls to get straightened up. Which I don't understand why they want records if they don't read them and just call in random RX's. I am still considering moving her back to Scott and White making the 2 hour drive to Temple to see good Dr's

They made me switch doctor because my original doctor was on paternity leave. The doctor they referred is out of network and they did not mention anything about it and they send me big bills. Clearly unprofessional people working here. Never coming back.

My daughter has seen Toshia for years and she is so helpful and informative as well as being compassionate to our situation. We first started seeing her in Austin and even though she is further in Cedar Park, we can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Elton listened when others did not. Seeking answers for my son, she ordered the tests necessary and worked to get insurance approval. I am grateful to have been referred to this facility and especially this doctor.
