Pediatric Specialists of Tulsa

This review is long overdue, but switching to PSOT was the best decision we could have made. Candace and Erin specifically are absolute angels- so kind, reassuring and never make you feel rushed. If it weren't for Candace, my daughter's congenital problem (which required surgery) would have gone undetected longer, as numerous doctors prior had brushed off my concerns and she was the first to actually listen and order proper imaging. She continues to help offer guidance and support as my daughter grows, and I'm so thankful she does what she does. I dread the day we move and lose her as our pediatrician!

I highly recommend this practice. Their customer service is consistently excellent—every interaction feels thoughtful and professional. Whenever we have questions, they return calls within 30 minutes, which is incredibly reassuring. They’re always able to accommodate last-minute appointments when my child is unexpectedly sick. Most importantly, they are genuinely kind and clearly care about my child’s wellbeing.

I highly recommend Dr. O and her entire staff to anyone. We have also seen Dr. Hayes and three different NPs (Candace, Maddie, and Erin) when needed. We usually do not have a super long wait, and the staff is always equipped to provide distractions and treats for kids depending on what is needed.

We are out of town parents with new borns and we’re lucky enough to find Pediatric Specialists of Tulsa and Dr. Hayes. The staff are kind, well trained and efficient. Dr. Hayes is helpful and has such a positive disposition. We have been to see Dr. Hayes twice now and have been happy with both visits!

If I could post a 0 star I would right now! This company made my family feel so uncomfortable that they wanted to leave as soon as they got there. They never expected to bring their children in and be grilled with such personal questions by a nurse. They never expected the patient not to be the priority. The nurse was to busy worrying about our personal lives that she didn't even get a height on my child! Please focus on the children and not the parents personal lives! Children should always be the #1 priority!
