Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett - Peachtree Corners

Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!! Don't go.... I went the first time and waited for an hour in the waiting room after checking in I went back to the counter to ask what was the hold up and the young girl then tells me that I will have to reschedule for another day. Very upsetting since I waited a week for this appointment. So I reschedule and show up for the appointment. We wait 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor and we are talking to her and she says just a minute I will be right back. Me and my son were waiting and waiting and after 20 minutes of waiting I grabbed my son and left. Alao the place does not look clean at all. Very Very Dirty. Do not go to these people.

I've been bringing my 7yr old here for maybe 6 years and now my 5mo old, we've always had a pleasant experience from front desk to doc visits to scheduling to claims and referrals. Everyone has always been easy to speak with. Just recently the clinical manager, Tamora has gone above and beyond to deliver, watch over and push to help us get the coverage we need for a treatment not covered by our insurance. Never burdened by my consistent phone calls and always pleasant and happy to assist! Thank you Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett for the ease and convenience y'all have always provided for my family!

The one at spalding drive Peachtree corner has worst customer service. The receptionist and nurse practitioner are rude and their communication were extremely poor. We moved practice.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett. My children’s new clinic has faxed requests for their medical records three times, each time dated and stamped, yet this clinic has still not released the necessary information. It has now been three weeks with no resolution. Additionally, attempting to contact the office has been incredibly frustrating, as wait times to speak with someone often exceed an hour, and callbacks are unreliable. I regret choosing this clinic for my children’s care and would not recommend it to others. I hope they take immediate steps to improve their responsiveness and patient services. Not to mention they also drop you as a patient after 1 missed appointment

Had a really good year coming here for my kids appointments. They were the first to help me out as a new mom. And S/o to Dr. Jonathan wood for catching the hip dysplasia, my son used to have. And for Beth the representative, she has great speaking skills and understands how to solve the situation. Thank you Beth and everyone in this practice. -the mother of 2 baby boys.
