This pediatric office is amazing! They have great customer service and they go above and beyond to ensure that any issues with your child’s health are treated and handled promptly. They also have an online portal that makes checking records a breeze. I recently switched to this location after my kids were treated at another pediatrician for over ten years. The other practice went downhill with long wait times (3+ hours) even with an appointment, rude receptionists and poor service overall. I was very nervous switching pediatricians as I worried that I would end up at another bad practice. As soon as I arrived for the first appointment, all of my worries ceased and after three appointments for three different kids within a week, I’m convinced that this is the best pediatrician practice in

It's always a pleasure at this office. My children love to come to the doctors office they make them feel comfortable. I've been taking my children here for over 17 years when the location was off of Indian Trail. Wonderful office! It's always a pleasure with the staff!

Since the Doctor has retired from this location, it is AWFUL. Still waiting for an inhaler prescription to be sent over to her Pharmacy - and now she is in crisis. They told me when I called, that someone called back and left me a "message."

Let me start by saying that the quality of care is amazing at this office. However, it is next to impossible to get anyone to call you back in a reasonable amount of time and forget getting someone to answer when you call to schedule an appointment. This has always been an issue and decided to leave this review after calling yesterday for a sick appointment and after holding for several minutes only for a recording to tell me that someone would call me back. Well, no one ever called and I ended up needing to take my child to an urgent care and paying a higher copay. I called again today and left a message on the nurses line to have an office manager call me and I haven't received that call yet, either. This is very frustrating as a parent especially with a child that was sick and needed th
