Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett - Lilburn

Yuri was absolutely wonderful during our visit to Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett in Lilburn this morning. Sick visits with an 8-year-old can sometimes feel stressful, but she immediately put both my son and me at ease. She was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive — speaking directly to my son in a way that made him feel heard and comfortable, while also clearly explaining everything to me. Her calm demeanor and gentle approach made what could have been an anxious morning feel smooth and reassuring. It’s clear that Yuri genuinely cares about the children she works with. We left feeling confident, informed, and well taken care of. We’re very grateful for her professionalism and kindness, and we truly appreciate the excellent care she provided.

Tammy was incredibly helpful in resolving my issue quickly and professionally. She took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure everything was handled thoroughly. I truly appreciate her support. We absolutely love the Lilburn office and all their staff. Do NOT come here! It's unorganized, the wait is entirely too long, and there's always an excuse. As an active duty military family, unfortunately, this place is the closest to me and my insurance would make me travel 50 miles to another location. Working full-time my options are limited. I'm checking CONSTANTLY to see if we can switch to another private practice. My 1.5 year old child was given vaccines hurriedly and they forgot one after waiting two hours. The other child received vaccines the same day and I was left in the room with screaming children...no offer of compassion or assistance with two kids. I had to take off work and return to retrieve the correct form. The one I received had an incorrect date. Had to get that updated. Another child was sick. I attended sick call after hour

I really appreciate the staff for the care and overall customer service they provide us every time we come. Zayne, Fernanda,Dr.Martin & Dr. are wonderful. I don't know everyone by name just yet but the entire staff is amazing. My four children love this office we hope to see you all again next year. ❤️The Davis Family
