First time visit today for my new born son. Everyone was professional, personable and very nice. From the front desk, to the Medical Assistant, to Dr. Maria Gutierrez that cared for my son. And the office was very well set up, at a time like this, to allow for proper social distancing. Which was a huge concern of mine with taking them for their annual checkups. Dr. Maria Gutierrez took care of my son today she is amazing very warm welcoming and she acknowledged the parents and things she will be doing. Highly recommended i give Dr. Maria Gutierrez 10/10 and Pediatric and Neonatal for your children's pediatric needs.

Dr. Gutierrez is as asset to this profession. She’s incredibly intelligent, caring, understanding and professional. Believe me, you want her taking care of your kids. She does her utmost to ensure that she educates her patients and families regarding disease processes, medication administration and more. Go to her - you won’t ever look back.

Nonprofessional team working at the front desk. They checked my 3 years old baby insurance and told me it is not open, then charged me $80. I went home and called the insurance. They told me it is open, and I logged in online to make sure it is open. I called the clinic back, they said they submitted the claim, and will refund my money when they got it claimed. Till this day I did not get the money. Further more, I was half an hour late coz I was sick called them to ask if I still can make it , the lady on the front desk told me it is better to reschedule, then when I went to my appointment they did not let the doctor to see my 4 months old coz l have to pay $20 no show fee. Unfortunately, doctor Maria Gutierrez All what she cares about is money not the kids or kids health .

Dr. Gutierrez, Dr. Machado and the staff are simply amazing. They’re helpful and they really like kids. They listen to your needs and getting appointments is easy.

Dr. Machado is wonderful! Great clinical knowledge and bedside manner. Really takes his time to explain things and answer all questions! Highly recommend!
