Pediatric Gastroenterology & Nutrition of Tampa Bay

My son had an appointment at 10:20am with Dr. Narwal. It is 11:00am and we are still waiting. I went up to ask about the estimated wait and was told there are 4 people ahead of us. Worst waiting experience I have ever experienced for a provider. Highly do not recommend this location. Don’t overbook/book so many patients if you can’t see them in a timely manner. Update: still waiting at 11:40am. Absolutely rediculous!!!

My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 2:20 and my husband and her were in the waiting room for 20 mins and didn’t get called back to be seen… so he reached out to me and told me so I had him to ask what was the hold up and he was told that they booked 3 patients in the same time slot!!!! 🤯🤯🤯 how the heck did they manage to do that?! Talk about LIVID!!! Long story short, they waited for almost 2 hours in the waiting room for her to be seen!!! There was no apology or anything. I’m very disappointed in this office.

Emily is the most amazing provider. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure my baby was set with everything he needed. I felt heard and understood. She went above and beyond with all aspects of our visit including helping us make sure we can obtain the formula my baby needs. Endlessly grateful for her outstanding bedside manner and her kindness. She was made to work with children and is such an asset to the medical community!

Wife set up the first appointment. Called the day ahead to verify the appointment address and they send her here. When she arrives they say it is supposed to be at the other location because of the day of the week it was. So she had to rush over to the other location. Then I went in with her on the second appointment which was correctly at this location. We go to pay the co pay and they said they don't have a card reader at this location and said we can call to pay over the phone or they can bill us. Those were the 2 options presented to us. We said bill us. We go into the appointment and they literally tell us exactly what the pediatrician was telling us to do. So then the next day my wife gets a call from their main office saying we shouldn't have been seen yesterday since we didn't pay

Dr Elliot is great, never have issues with the staff and the ear doctor right next door is great as well. I will recommend
