From the moment I arrived, the staff helped put me at ease, and that feeling only continued throughout the appointment. My hygienist, Veronica, was beyond kind, professional, gentle, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel rushed or judged. This was my first visit to Preserve Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me warmly and even scheduled my appointment for the same day. The dental assistant, the hygienist, and Dr. Pinto each took the time to explain every step of the process. They never rushed, and their focus on my comfort and understanding truly stood out. I felt well cared for throughout my entire visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with all the kind, and very genuine people at Preserve Dental Care. The office was very clean and up to date. The employees were very kind and patient in explaining what they were doing every step of the way. They were never pushy as to get me to do all sorts of extra treatments I didn't need. I've been there done that. At Preserve Dental Care I would give them 5 stars. Very honest and upfront with your Dental issues at hand.
