Dental Care at Trinity Lakes

My family have been with DCTL for over 7+ years now and have been exceptionally pleased with Dr. Todd and his staff. Recently, our main Hygienist, Peter, elevated his skills to instructing other Hygienists. A great move for him, but not us. Now it was time to chose another great Hygienist for my family and I think I scored. Her name is Neo and she took her time cleaning and explaining what she was doing. Within less than 30 minutes she was all done (maybe b/c I take care of my choppers so well) lol. Anyway, I was impressed and look forward to my next visit.

The staff at Dental Care at Trinity is phenomenal including Dr. Todd. Dr. Todd listens to my concerns and patently explains the future dental parh/plan. No matter how many times it takes. Big shoutout to Lisa, his assistant and Alexandria the hygienist. Very personable and knowledgeable. Don’t know the office manager’s name, but she had a customer that was causing a raucous very loudly. The manager kept explaining the issue quietly, calmly and professionally until the customer stepped out understanding the miscommunication. Love this branch!

What a beautiful office! I was called back within five minutes of my appointment time. The staff was professional, cheerful, and genuinely helpful. If you’re like me and value cleanliness, you won’t be disappointed. They made me very comfortable with a blanket and pillow, and the exam was thorough. The dental hygienist was gentle and considerate, and the doctor took his time discussing areas of concern with me. This is not a chain facility with numerous doctors rushing patients through a revolving door — it’s a privately owned practice with one doctor who truly values his patients.

I can't recommend this office enough! Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Setting up an appointment was incredibly easy, and the quality of care is top-notch.

Caring, patient staff. Dr Todd definitely listens to patient needs and provides treatment based on necessity. Less expensive better care pleasant atmosphere. Did not feel like I was his money making opportunity that other dentist see when you come in with issues. Genuinely felt like the whole staff cared. My spouse and grown children go to this practice.
