Pediatric Gastroenterology

After we were referred to this place by my son pcp, my wife called this office unsuccessfully. I decided to drive all the way there to book an appointment in person, but the office lady told me she was too busy to schedule an appointment and that I have to keep calling. This is totally unacceptable for a medical office. I have a son that needs care, and I can't even get an appointment, nor a call back. Even in third world countries you don't get this bad level of service. I'm assuming the doctor must be great, but the wait they treat new patients has to change.

My 7 month old had been having vomiting and diarrhea for 1 week. After taking her to the PCP and urgent care, she was still not improving. Thankfully after my pediatrician called his office they were able to see me the same day. I was very impressed about how much he cares for his patients and willingly see her despite his full schedule. He took the time to listen and to explain everything in great detail. He was able to give me very clear instructions on how to feed her and keep her from becoming malnourished. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service. Dr. Gonzalez -Vallina and staff really care about their patients. It’s hard to find a doctor that takes time listening and explaining to the patients what’s affecting them and here you have an incredible person with vast knowledge and humanity He’s very confident. My son and the entire family are forever thankful for all he’s done to cure my boy. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Gonzalez - Vallina saved my daughter's life. It is priceless to find a doctor that listens to the parent instead of discounting them! He found a rare condition that others insisted was simply allergies.

the best doctor you could find for you kids. dr. gonzales having takin care of my kids for 10 years. he was the only doctor that took seriously my daughter constipation when she was a baby. he found my kids allergies. he get my kid out of prescription for acid reflux of course we spend years in treatment but was worth it. I really wish we have more doctors like him he really love and enjoy being a doctor he is always there for you for any question he take the time to seat and explain to the kids what is hapening and how we need to fix it.
