Pediatric Dentistry

I strongly dislike giving negative reviews to businesses unless it is earned. During our visit one employee, we will call them D for anonymity, restrained my child while attempting to capture X-ray images. When doctor came in, I had a very upset 7 year old (who was yelled at…I corrected her and told her again she needed to use a calm voice when talking to my child), and Dr. Kricket was brash, abrupt, and drove on completing her oral evaluation while my daughter screamed with discomfort. She told her things she said hurt didn’t. And if they did she was in biiiiiig trouble. (She stabbed her in the gums and they were bleeding…). If your child is the least bit sensitive, or you prefer your kiddos receive care they deserve, I highly suggest avoiding this place. Also, their website claims t

Answered prayers!! This place was awesome, we needed emergency services for our 2yr old daughter who fell and chipped/shattered her tooth. No one in Hays would work on her and last minute Dr. Young fit us in. The nurses were kind and nice and they did a great job explaining everything that was happening and what they were doing. My daughter ended up needing her tooth pulled and they were sweet, kind and gentle enough for my daughter to not even cry. Wish we were a little closer to make them our primary dentist. God forbid we ever need emergency services for our children again, but if we did - we would make the drive for Dr. Kricket Young. Thank you!!

I went to this practice since I was 6 years old until I aged out of the practice. As a kid this was the best experience I had with dentist. The staff there are some of the most kind and genuine people on the planet. I also have a special needs older brother that is still a current patient there and the service they offer him is next to none. My parents struggled to find a dentist that would/could accommodate him trying a half a dozen different ones before they struck gold with Dr. Kricket Young and her. Best pediatric dentistry in Kansas!

Dr. Kricket and her amazing staff take wonderful care of my 3 boys! My two younger boys (13 and 10) look forward to going to the dentist. My 16 YO is immobile and nonverbal; all staff members treat him with care, patience, and compassion. I recommend Pediatric Dentistry to all of my friends and family!

Shout out to all the staff at pediatric Dentistry, especially to Emily for helping take good care of Brady today. Going to the dentist is always a hard thing for him, but especially today receiving several extractions! Thank you for taking care of him and helping him Through this today!
