Chris is a wonderful, increadabley smart man! I appreciate his straight forward way of explaining everything. My ability to process stuff in not the greatest and Chris knows this and always explains things in a way to help me understand. I am greatful.

(Throw away account) For personal, domestic abuse situations, I haven’t been able to find a doctor. That person just “wouldn’t like the new doc we found so we find a new one” but to me, Alex was the ONE person who listened and actually helped some of my main issues in just my first appointment. But that’s didn’t satisfy my ex. So….i couldn’t see her again. Now that I’m out of that situation and reestablishing myself, finding who I am again, Alex was so kind as to take me back as a patient since she was the ONLY doctor who had listened to me about my problems AND helped me. During my first appointment with her on my own, she was attentive, answering every question I had, even answering questions I didn’t even know I had! She told me she’s gonna do everything she can to get me healthy again

Thinking this place has WAY more patients then they can handle. Saw Alex on Wednesday, she was going to call in some antibiotics and a steroid. Went to pharmacy that evening and they had not received anything. Called Alex's office on Thursday, they said it would be called in by end of day. Go to the pharmacy a little after 7p onThursday, for them to once again say they have nothing. I called Alex's office on Friday was told that it was not their fault , Alex had been very busy and had to cover for another provider that was out...So, who'sfault is it? Not mine. Fix your failed system. If i had the meds on Wednesday like they were supposed to be called in, maybe i would have been able to be back to work on Thursday. Now, i have missed a few days with no PTO and am worried about losing my

I have found my experience to b one which I am quite happy with. I feel confident and secure in the hands of Alexandra Jones. She is a very smart, kind woman as well as professional. I like ok forward to continuing our relationship. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff as well. They show a great deal of compassion and care for the patients. Giving us the comfort that we are valid and important to their day. I thank you for providing the best staff possible.
