** This review has nothing to do with Jenna who was so amazing at my daughter’s appointment this morning! She was super friendly, caring and attentive while working with her and getting her cleaning done! ** This office has gone downhill since I started bringing my kids and I’m not sure why or what’s going on. You arrive on time for the appointment and you’re still waiting 20+ minutes to get your child called back into a chair. They have signs that state ‘if your wait exceeds 15 minutes let front desk know’ but even when you do, you’re still told it’s ‘5-10 minutes’. I don’t understand the purpose of having these signs if you’re still not going to take the patient back. 2 different patients came in after my daughter who had LATER appointment times who were called back before her. We had such a wonderful experience at the Pediatric Dental Center of Frederick with my 5-year-old daughter. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and very welcoming. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Ashley and Nash were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Mansman was excellent, not only very thorough and gentle with my daughter, but also exceptionally caring. He even took the time to take a picture with her, which absolutely made her day and left her smiling from ear to ear. The entire team created an environment where my daughter felt safe and happy, which is priceless when it comes to pediatric dental care. The office is well-organized, the staff is compassionate, and the quality of service is outstanding.

We had a wonderful experience at Our Experience Pediatric Dental Center of Frederick. Dr. Lam and the entire team — Stephanie, Diana, Grace, and Richard (who did the x-rays) — were incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. They were able to get us an appointment the same week, and even scheduled fillings for the very next day, which we truly appreciated. The cleaning and examination were very detailed and attentive, which led to the discovery of six cavities and the recommendation for wisdom teeth removal, along with helpful referrals for next steps. I’m grateful for how proactive and informative they were about her care. Overall, the staff made us feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office for pediatric dental care!
