I honestly do not recommend the orthodontist here at all. She doesn’t listen to her patients and honestly seems like she only cares about the money. I actually came to this practice years ago for braces and had a great experience, but this time around it’s been a complete no. When I had my braces on, I asked her about my progress and when they might come off, and all she said was, “As per the contract, you have payments until X date, so we’ll remove them then,” which made it feel like the timeline was based on payments instead of the treatment and the progress of my teeth. When it came time for removal, she even scheduled me wrong because she assumed I was going to pay extra to get retainers made by the lab instead of receiving the ones included with my braces package. This is an amazing clinic i really like this place. I’ve been a patient here for more than 3 years and i’ve never had complain about anything. The doctors are really sweet and patient with everyone and mostly really professional. They know what they are doing and give their all to make all their patients comfortable and safe. Dr. Hernandez is the best doctor i could’ve ask for, she is beyond good. Besides the treat that i’ve received at this place i really like how it’s always very clean. I recommend this place 100% and wish that everyone that comes through their doors feel as good as i do!

To start off I wanted to express my gratitude for Marta Ortiz. She was not only professional but was able to attend me in a timely manner. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. the atmosphere at this place radiates familiarity. My appointment was very early in the morning and they offered me coffee, which made the visit that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Dr Ortiz is so sweet and always makes sure that her patients have a wonderful experience. Dr Ortiz and the rest of her amazing team are all very skilled and kind hearted to all their patients. The offices are always kept clean and sanitized. They truly make coming to the dentist a great experience!!
