Pediatric Choice Clinic

Update as of 1/6/26 We came for our 6 month appt and was approached by the manager Amy, who was very nice and apologetic for our experiences. It means a lot to me for our concerns to be recognized and to know that they're being proactive for fixing problems/concerns! Thank you! We enjoy our interactions with the providers we've seen, but they have the absolute hardest time answering the phone. Whether you leave a voicemail (up to 5 times) or send an email, no one ever gets back to you. It's frustrating considering this is supposed to be our first stop for any health questions concerning our baby. Unfortunately, we're really considering switching pediatricians so soon after only being there twice. I don't even know how I got an appointment to be seen there considering nobody answers the ph

I really hate to leave this practice because I like the providers, but it does no good to have a pediatrician that you can’t get a hold of. They never answer the phone. The final straw for me was when they would not answer the phone when I called but they answered when I used my husband’s phone, so they were purposely ignoring my calls. They truly have the worst office staff of any practice I’ve been to. They are currently saying that they have not gotten the faxes for release of information when I’ve had it sent twice and gotten fax confirmations on each. Guess I’ll have to go get it in person which is super frustrating.

Love everyone here! Making appointments is easy and in a time when it is very common to spend long waits in the waiting room this is definitely not the case here! Always prompt and very accommodating on those last minute sick appointments. From the moment you walk in every one is friendly and attentive to your concerns. Thank you Dr.Amer and your wonderful staff for always taking care of my boys!

I have been trying to get a referral for my daughter for a significant leg length difference for over a week! Ive been offered no appointments no one calls me back and after getting rude and upset I was told they’d have it done yesterday by end of day! Still no referral!!!!!!

No way I would bring my child to a provider who misrepresents medical assistants as nurses! This is illegal as well. Unlicensed staff representing herself an a RN giving shots, respiratory treatments etc. It is also a crime to represent yourself as a Registered nurse when you have no degree or license.
