This is the most unprofessional and non-kid friendly experience I have ever had in a doctors office. My wife filled out the online check in while I wrangled two kids to make it to the appointment. I was eight minutes late to my appointment. Upon arrival the front desk lady informed me that I was nearly ten minutes late and considered a no-show. They will bill my insurance and not see me. After a little discussion she said since we already did everything online they will see me but future reference that’s how things work. None of this was apparent with online sign in. My son has frequent ear infections, despite the high fever he always has, they never give him medicine to treat it and claim his ears are perfect. We've gone to med express so many times after he's seen here and they diagnose him with bad ear infections and give medicine for treatment.

I must say the girls at the front desk are fantastic but once the doctor came in it was all down hill from there. He had absolute no bed side manner and was speaking at a volume for the entire office to hear. To make matters worse, he started asking questions and started acting like it wasn’t up to par with his expectations so he started to indirectly insult and offend me and my child. Then once the examination took place he was beyond aggressive for what any adult should be with a 14 month old. Further more I asked him some questions on how to clear up some skin irritations and he told me to not buy cheap laundry detergent and lectured me on how I’m exposing my child to harsh chemicals that are in everyday laundry detergents. I love taking my kids here. From the girls at the desk, all the way to the providers. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Casey is my favorite provider there. I highly recommend asking for her.

Can’t get ahold of somerset office directly ! You have to call Johnstown then takes forever to get transferred to somerset office ! Don’t go here unless you drive to the office to do everything otherwise you have to go around in a circle to just get an appointment!
