Pediatric Care of York

I have been going to the location in Shrewsbury for about 3 years. The doctors and nurses have always been so wonderful and helpful, but administration is a different story in the York Office. I am so upset with them!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for my son Logan on August 23rd at 11am. I wrote it in my calendar as soon as she gave me the day and time while I was in the office for his 12m well visit. I get a called on August 22nd saying I missed my appointment today. I told the lady on the phone my appointment isn't untill tomorrow and that the lady who scheduled me must of clicked the wrong date. She than argued that they called me and left a message on my voice mail. With me being so busy that weekend getting school stuff ready I didn't get to listen to any of them, so she said it was

Drs are very nice and knowledgeable. They have a great bedside manner with my kids.
