Pediatric Associates Winter Garden

I am still furious about what happened here. My original review disappeared, so I’m putting this out again because people deserve to know. This place never picked up the phone during business hours, and that was only the beginning. When we moved to a new practice, we found out they had given my 2-year-old daughter a vaccine that’s supposed to be given around age SIX. That is not some tiny mix-up — that is a massive, reckless mistake, especially for a family with serious autoimmune history. The amount of stress and fear this caused us is something I’ll never forget. I honestly cannot understand how errors like this are even possible. Parents deserve better. I will keep sharing my experience because no one should ever have to go through this

Not good , don’t go to this office - We scheduled visit for annual check, We waited for over 40 minutes while the waiting room was empty, for then to tell us after going in that they had no shots for the kids, to clarify they ran out shots for private insurance that same day. I believe they could to call us to let us know before heading there, but no, they had to milked the insurance first to let us know that. They should know very well parents take kids to doctors in summer to start new school year and be prepared for the appointments scheduled for the day and its reason of visit, it’s really bad management.

My 3 children attend this clinic exclusively because of the service, attention, and respect we receive from Angela Donahue. She is an incredible professional, very attentive, with a wonderful energy and exceptional care for children. We were lucky to find her. Whenever I need to schedule appointments for the children, I call to check which location she will be at. Thank you, Angie. You are truly special.

This office is becoming a Joke. Have been taking my kids to this office for years. 5 kids. Dr. Pena is great but the office and operations are making in unbearable to go. Front office nurse with greet you rudely and if you need any help- it is an inconvenience. You are almost guaranteed to wait over an hr from your scheduled appointment time to get seen. No Phone sign yet you have to check in through a link sent to your phone. Great Doctor terrible office.
