Pediatric Associates West Kendall

Not a fan of this place. I've been coming here over 10 years and it's always the same. I had an appointment at 3 and sat there for over an hour before the doctor came to see us. I understand that emergencies come up, but I think it's unprofessional and inconsiderate to have a patient waiting for over an hour and not even have someone check on them or let them know that there's a delay. Our time is also important. I was almost late picking up my other child from school because of this. Unfortunately this has been my experience at most of my visits here.

I had a wonderful experience at Pediatric Associates. From the moment I arrived, the service was fast and very organized. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff member, Dainyara. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. She greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions with patience, and made the check-in process very smooth and easy. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about providing excellent customer service, and Tañara definitely does. The clinic overall was clean, efficient, and very child-friendly. I highly recommend Pediatric Associates and truly appreciate the great attention we received.

The doctors at this pediatrician’s office are amazing and truly care about their patients. Unfortunately, the front desk staff and the overall office system make everything much harder than it needs to be. I waited for over 30 minutes and they still hadn’t called my son. When I went back to ask why, they said I hadn’t completed the check-in even though they never told me that in the first place and just told me to sit down. It was also a mission to fix a referral and even to get medical records. The medical care here is great, but the communication and administrative support definitely need major improvement.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Lourdes Falcón is an exceptional pediatrician. She takes the time to truly listen, explain, and connect not only with her little patients but also with parents. Her compassionate approach, medical expertise, and attention to detail make every visit reassuring and thorough. My child always feels comfortable with her, and I appreciate how she personalizes care rather than rushing through appointments. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about children’s health and well-being. I would recommend Dr. Falcón to any family looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and kind pediatrician.

Yesterday I had an appointment at Kendall’s office, and the treatment from Dr. Lourdes Falcon was excellent. The terrible experience happened when I went to have my daughter’s lab tests done. The girl who is now in charge of doing this has zero experience; she couldn’t find a vein after several attempts. Now my daughter has painful bruises on both arms, and all in vain because I couldn’t get the lab tests done. As if that weren’t enough, she forgot to give me some important papers, and I had to return to the office. Two hours later, she called me to come back again to pick up other papers she also forgot to give me. They should hire more qualified people and provide good training because the treatment involves children, which requires even more special care. I also plan to go to the office
