I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way our appointment has been handled today. My son’s lab appointment was scheduled for 9:45 a.m. It is now 11:15 a.m., and he still has not been seen. Each time we approach the front desk, we are dismissively told “soon,” without any explanation, timeline, or apology. Meanwhile, the waiting room has filled up with patients who arrived after us and have already been called in. This demonstrates a clear lack of organization, respect, and consideration for our time. Waiting over an hour and a half past a scheduled appointment without communication is unacceptable. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects very poorly on your service standards. I expect an explanation and immediate action to address this situation.

I took my 16-month-old son to see Dr. Gina Colaizzo on November 1st. We made appointment but still waited for more than an hour, but the doctor spent barely five minutes with us. She briefly looked at my son, told me he only had a common cold, and then immediately moved on to the next patient. The very next day, my son developed rapid breathing and had to be taken to the ER. He was later diagnosed with two viral infections and was admitted to the ICU, where he stayed for three days. As a parent, watching my baby suffer and knowing that his condition worsened because the initial doctor did not take his symptoms seriously is heartbreaking. I went in this appointment wanting a woman. I walked out overwelmed with joy that divinity did what was best for both myself and my daughter.

The front desk of Pediatric Associates needs to be trained or re-trained and be knowledgeable and upfront with all customers. Pediatric Associates Skylake will tell one price that you pay on the visit day and then they will send you another bill for something else, which is unacceptable in a pediatric office or any office. I need to know upfront what I am paying for and how much. I need to be able to agree and have a choice. That should be simple as ABC. But it is not in that Skylake Pediatric Associate office. They overcharge you and they don't tell you but you will find out when it comes in the mail. This is what happened to us. We came for a visit and they told us one price which we paid. But then they say that some of the services that they provided were not included in that price. Sho
