Great visit! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Kiang is amazing—truly a caring and attentive doctor who takes the time to make you feel comfortable and heard. The manager, Julie, and Michele were also incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had a smooth and positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding care!

Dr. Hila Gilberd is truly an amazing pediatrician. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients and their families. She takes the time to listen, answers every question without rushing, and makes sure I fully understand my child’s care. Her calm and reassuring approach makes every visit comfortable, and I always leave feeling confident and supported as a parent. I’m so grateful to have Dr. Gilberd as my child’s pediatrician and highly recommend her to any parent looking for exceptional care.

Si pudiera no le daría estrella, saque temprano a mi hija de la escuela por una reacción alérgica en todo el cuerpo fuimos a la clínica la doctora nos mandó varios exámenes y no creo que todos esos son necesarios, nose si es para cobrar de más. Para acabar se le olvidó oprimir el botón de mandar la prescripción de la medicina a la farmacia y estuve esperando que me llame la farmacia por más de 5 horas y cuando llamé a la farmacia me dice que no han enviado ningún prescripción de la niña y que si lo mandan demora alrededor de 1 hora en llegar al sistema y 2 horas en tener el prescripción listo. ¿Cómo pueden dejar a una niña de 6 años esperar más de 8 horas en tener el medicamento de la alergia lista? Called in when we were on the way to the appointment to check if we have to go in to the office to check in or if we can check in from the car and wait in the car as well. I was told that we can wait in the car don’t go in the office to check in and we will be called via phone once it’s out turn. An hour later I called in to check how much long it will take for our turn. They said they didn’t know we were waiting in the car and that we had to reschedule since we didn’t show up to the appointment. Now it was 1 1/2 hours after the appointment. I was very upset to say the least. I went into the office to speak to someone and they said they see the note on the patient chart but don’t look at it until they have to and that’s not how they do things. Pediatric Associates WESTON has always taken such good care of Ariana. Dr. Sanchez is amazing. She had no openings today and fit Ariana in during her lunch. She is kind,caring and knowledgable. She has been her pediatrician since she was born and she has never disappointed. Thank you, Dr Sanchez and the entire team at Pediatric Associates.
