We saw Shirley for our first newborn visit with our baby girl and she was amazing! She sat down and spent time with us, made sure we felt comfortable with everything, evaluated our breast feeding technique and ensuring my daughter was getting adequate intake, and she seemed to really care about her wellbeing. We also have previously seen Dr. Delgado and she was great as well! My older son has been dealing with recurrent issues and she did a very thorough exam on him really paying attention to every detail and gave us proper referrals and treatment course of action. I highly recommend this group!

Unfortunately, my experience with the pediatrician who saw my daughter Elisa on Tuesday at 4:30 PM in Ormond Beach was not positive. From the beginning of the visit, it was clear that the doctor had not read the neurologist’s report that was previously sent, which made me very uncomfortable, as I had to explain everything from the beginning about my daughter’s situation. This gave me the strong impression that my child’s medical profile was not reviewed before the appointment, something I consider essential, especially when dealing with a child’s development and ongoing medical care. Love this practice! The Ormond location has always been amazing- never need to wait long and everyone is so kind. I’ve taken both of my children here since moving here two years ago and never had any complaints! They always have sick visits available and all the info you need is easy to access on the app they switched to recently. Highly recommend all the doctors here as well! ❤️

I have been with this office since my oldest child was born 18 years ago. The staff is still great, but since this practice was taken over by Pediatric Associates I have had so many issues. One check was held for months, then finally deposited and my bank rejected it because it was more than 90 days old, to which I was charged a fee for (by the office) and spent months fighting with the billing staff. Staff in the local office told me they couldn't help me and I had to communicate directly with the "main number". Another time they refunded my copay (issued me a check) by mistake, then a year later sent me a bill for it with zero explanation. Will not bring my child back here. They are very hard to get ahold of, you can’t ever talk to a staff member unless you go there in person. Do not return phone calls. They failed multiple times to get my child seen for her 2 year old well visit due to their “system being updated” never called me to reschedule like they promised. I had to take my daughter to an urgent care to get a physical done for school because I couldn’t get in contact with the office. Just recently I took my daughter in because she had been sick for 4 days with a fever over 103 and was told “to take her home give her fluids and alternate Tylenol and Motrin and my daughter ended up being admitted to the hospital the next morning with the ER doctor praising me for bringing her in because what the doctor here said was wro
