Pediatric Associates of Wellesley

This is a biased practice. Given its small practice, it doesn’t justify you can treat us like second class citizen every time we visit. Front desk staffs are rude and unprofessional. Nurses are incompetent and unprofessional. Doesn’t even put effort to wear scrub? Don’t know how to give vaccine shots safely? I never see nurses with low competency like this. Doctor is ok. overall experience is terrible. Everything is very slow at this practice.

We moved to pediatric associates of Wellesley in Medfield a year ago after our needs weren’t being met at a larger practice. We have had only great experiences so far. They get us in quickly and doctors have been very good. They take the time to listen to concerns and are very comprehensive. I like that they have 24/7 coverage between the Medfield and weston offices. I have recommended them to many friends!

Our visit was on Friday 8/20/21 @ 11 am. the doctor was professional thorough and kind, and for that he gets five stars with flying colors. The two clerks behind the desks were incompetent, unprofessional and rude, and they both deserve zero, not even one star. As I was standing there one tells the other I am not giving him the tablet to answer the questions. They probably thought I was deaf. I mean who does that. One of the clerks is older senior, and the other one is overweight. I should have taken pictures to post it with the review.

We have only had positive experiences at this office. Today we saw the new doctor, Dr. Gerios. She was fanatic. We have also seen Dr. Raftery, who is also great. They have always been able to get us in for sick visits the same day.

Great practice. Prompt, courteous, professional. I feel confident when bringing my daughter to them.
