Evolve Speech and Language

HIGHLY recommend!!! “Miss Cheryl” as my son affectionately calls her, is truly amazing. My son is 4 and we have been seeing Cheryl for speech therapy for 7+ months now and my son has made SO much progress!! Her practice is easy to find, clean, and comfortable. She is so sweet, and has a kind, loving, playful demeanor with my son. He loves going to see her so much, he asks daily if it is a “miss cheryl day”! She makes it so much fun that he doesn’t even realize he is working hard on his speech! She is also professional, always on time, and great at communicating with me. I would recommend her to everyone!!!

Cheryl is a highly skilled therapist. She developed a wonderful relationship with my daughter that allowed her to push my daughter to take risks. My daughter can be stubborn, but Cheryl was able to get her to do the work necessary to improve her speech. She made sessions fun, she explained things in a simple, clear way, and she was very flexible about scheduling. She is the best!

My daughter Ava(6) is on and IEP for speech and went to Cheryl over the summer to prevent a lapse in therapy. Not only did Ava love her visits with Cheryl, but we saw an improvement in her speech and cognition. Her special education team also noticed that she did not have the expected summer regression. We will definitely be doing this next summer as well.

Cheryl worked with my son, and he felt accepted, valued, and cared for. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, as well as thoughtful in how she applies her skills and addresses the needs of individual children and their families. I cannot recommend Cheryl more highly. Her ability to mix knowledge and skill with rapport-building is unmatched!

**I worked with Cheryl over zoom, without even meeting her in person first. She made me feel comfortable right away and even made learning fun!! Riley- age 10 **Riley is dyslexic and needed after school tutoring in addition to what he was receiving at school. He is not a learner that generally looks forward to "more work".
