Pediatric Associates of Fall River

This pediatric office is absolutely amazing. All front desk staff are always very kind and helpful. Whenever I’ve called for a sick visit or anything I’ve received respect over the phone. We’ve seen just about every doctor there for sick visits and they are all absolutely amazing, except for one. But our primary doctor, Dr. Glanz is absolutely amazing. She is down to earth, realistic and for first time parents she doesn’t make you feel like any question is dumb. We can’t recommend doctor Glanz enough

This is by far the worst pediatricians office in the state. This review isn’t just about one pediatrician here, I have met with and spoken to at least 4 of the pediatricians in this office. Not only are the pediatricians horrible the office manager is horrible as well. I called to complain about the horrible care I had been receiving for all 4 of my children and the practice manager made me aware that my children’s insurance (state funded insurance) does not pay them (capitation program), which finally makes me understand why they could care less about treating my children. A child’s care should not be based on reimbursements made by insurance! I work in health care and we don’t base decisions on how to care for patients based on what insurance they have! DR. Rok, and his nurse May (I think that was her name) are top notch. My son developed partial facial paralysis out of nowhere. They got him right in, ran tests, prescribed meds and have checked in on us several times to see how he is doing. Outstanding care! My kids have been coming to this office for 19+ years now and absolutely no complaints. My son is now on the mend and I couldn't be more grateful for this team!

Good luck getting anyone on the phone, it's been a problem for the 5 years my daughter has been going, even the emergency nurse line will ask you to hold sometimes. Today I have been trying to figure out if I should plan on attending our appointment tomorrow or not because of incoming snow and extremely low temperatures. After exactly 10 minutes on the nose the phone line boots me back to the main menu. Maybe instead of sports memorabilia they should have invested in another phone operator. Once you get inside, the practice and employees are lovely, but good like ever contacting them for anything routine.

This people on the phone don't care about health they make this personal. I was trying to get an appointment for my daughter for more than 6 months finally I have one soon. After 6 months
