Pediatric Associates Ives Estates

We had an appointment today after my child’s leg surgery, and I am very grateful to this pediatrician. The doctor Lori Colan was extremely kind, polite, and attentive. She carefully asked all the necessary questions, thoroughly examined my child, and gave clear and helpful recommendations. You can really feel her professionalism and genuine care for children. We felt calm and confident during the visit. Highly recommend this doctor!

I love this office very clean and the staff is amazing! Definitely recommend this Doctor office to anyone! My baby doctors name is Ms. Izquierdo and ask for Nurse Quianna!🙂

The receptionist at this office has the worst customer service, my daughter seen the doctor on monday, on thursday when I took her school physical in to get it thats when the receptionist was telling me that my daughter needs to make another appointment cause something wasn’t normal meanwhile the paperwork I got from her visit shows everything was normal. I immediately went to the office to see what was wrong with my daughter, she had me wait on the doctor for 20 minutes and the doctor never came out. everyone else was nice at the office but the receptionist. You can’t work as a receptionist if you’re not a people person.

This was my first time at this location and I am pleasantly impressed. Everyone was great and Doctor Lori Colan treated my son so well, asking us to return the following day only to make sure everything was fine with him. She seems like a great doctor and an amazing person! All the nurses were so loving and polite! Front desk lady too was very polite and helpful! Wow, it’s been years I take my kids to Pediatric Associates but this visit is the highlight of all!

On Friday, February 14, 2025 at 4:10pm, I walked in with my sick son with a high fever to be checked out by a doctor. This place opened very recently. The website says their hours are until 5pm. The person at the front desk told me they weren't going to see my son because they were already seeing the last patient and were leaving. Surprised, I told her that on their website it says they are open until 5pm and that it was 40 minutes until that time. She told me again that they were already leaving. I insisted again. I asked her if we needed an appointment, if they don't serve Walks In, to which she replied that we didn't need an appointment but that they were waiting for the last patient to leave (who left during our conversation) to close and leave...
