We had a 7:45 AM appointment — the very first appointment of the day — and arrived on time. There were no other patients waiting. It is now 8:30 AM, and we have been sitting in the exam room for 45 minutes holding our newborn while he cries, waiting for the doctor. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a pediatric office where patients are infants. New parents should not have to sit in a room this long with a crying baby and no communication or update. Very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this clinic.

Friendly and helpful staff. Minimal wait time. They wrote a welcome sign for my newborn that almost made me cry, so sweet 🥹 Dr. Villar was great, answered all my questions and made us fell comfortable and cared for. Portal easy to use

I am extremely disappointed with the way Pediatric Associates handled my children’s care today. I called ahead because both of my kids were sick, and I was explicitly told to drive to this location for a walk-in visit. I made the 20-minute drive with two unwell children based on what your own staff told me. When we arrived, I was then told at the front desk that they were “booked” and not taking any more patients for the day. I asked to speak with the person in charge and was told her name is Belkis. I explained the situation — that I was instructed over the phone to come in with two sick children — and the only response I received was: “Unfortunately, we cannot see them.” That is completely unacceptable. This is one of the most disappointing pediatric offices I have ever visited. Every time I bring my children in for a visit, I am forced to wait a minimum of 2 hours before being seen by a physician, even for a simple sick appointment. The excessive wait times are unreasonable, especially when parents are bringing in children who are not feeling well. There is a serious lack of respect for families’ time and an overall poor patient experience. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but this has been a consistent issue every single time I have come to this office. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be finding a new primary care provider for my children. I hope the practice takes steps to improve scheduling, communication, and timely patient care.
