I used to go to Moanalua Shopping Center’s Office but now they don’t take my insurance coverage so they told me to call Pearl Highland’s Office. I had to schedule an urgent appointment because one of my fillings came out and the toothache was worsening . I did just that and made the call, scheduled me a cleaning and told them my reason etc. The phone call went smooth and it was just awesome all the way. No offense but customer service here is way better than their other office. I was surprised with how good of customer service I got just through the phone. Sadly they couldn’t take me day of or next day so I dealt with my pain over the weekend and held it out til we scheduled next availability which was today. My family has visited Pearl Family Dental Care for many years. The kids have never been afraid of the dentist because of how amazing and gentle the staff is. Natalie, Lauren and Marlene always go above and beyond to make sure we have a seamless visit. Thank you ladies!

The absolute best dental office I have ever been to! Due to being a Military spouse I have moved often and experienced many different dental teams. I am so sad this office cannot be my dental forever! The team is the absolute sweetest and I have never felt more listened to and cared for! Would hands down recommend this office to everyone!

We moved and we miss Dr. Chien. Dr. Chien was very attentive and she made sure every issue was taken care of when we go in for the check up. She is also highly professional and not only her treatment plan is excellent, she will help you be at ease while receiving the treatment making dentist experience pleasant. Bonus that she is very good with our toddlers.
