Longs Drugs Pharmacy

I don’t know why ppl are complaining- I have found their staff at the pharmacy to be very helpful to where if they don’t have my medication they help me find where I can get it. Not just by looking it up but why have in the past called multiple different CVS pharmacy to help me out. I can see if your complaint is valid but remember everyone is human and we all have bad days. I try to smile and be happy when I get to the counter and they have all been very professional. You can always change where you get your meds but they’ll probably not help you if your still acting like a donkey

This pharmacy staff is lazy and cannot figure out insurance eligibility. This pharmacy is in-network with Veterans Affairs but refuses to verify or dispense my medication. Instead of trying to help, the lazy pharmacy tech just shoos me away and tells me to go somewhere else.

CVS MAnana Pharmacy tech was very rude! She answers very bad! Very poor customer service! Left a message to the manager but no one dare to call back and asked what happened! I stopped going to that pharmacy as well as to that store!!!

Using drive thru helps a lot
